You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase only if the order has yet to be dispatched. If your order is canceled, we will process the refund within 7 business days after the cancellation request has been acknowledged.
Replacement & Refund Policy:
Since our products fall under personal care, they are non-returnable.
However, we do consider returns of purchased items under the following conditions:
In case you want to return the product received due to any of the above reasons, drop us an email with your order id and the picture of the damaged/expired / incorrect product at [email protected] or call us on 6384466804 within 7 days of the date of delivery.
If you return an incorrect or expired product, please ensure it is unused and in good condition. Once we receive the product at our warehouse, we conduct necessary quality checks to ensure that the item is not tampered with and initiate a refund within 7 days.
If you are still waiting to receive the complete order (missing products), you can request a refund only for those not obtained (if they have not been dispatched). Email us at [email protected] or call us on 6384466804 with the order details, and we will take the required action.
